Aniston and Schwimmer reveal real-life ‘Friends’ crush

The reunion, which was delayed for months by COVID-19 and premiered Thursday on HBO Max, introduced collectively actors Schwimmer, Aniston, Courteney Cox, 56; Lisa Kudrow, 57; Matt LeBlanc, 53; and Matthew Perry, 51, to mirror on the present’s standing in popular culture — and to supply juicy behind-the-scenes secrets and techniques. (Hey, they weren’t paid a reported $2.5 to $3 million every for nothing, of us.)

Meanwhile, LeBlanc revels in stirring the eagerness (uh, lobster?) pot. In response to Schwimmer’s suggestion that he and Aniston saved issues platonic off-camera, LeBlanc coughs and blurts, “Bulls–t!” — then laughs and says, “I’m kidding!”

Could they be any extra evasive?

However, Schwimmer goes on to confess, “There were moments we would cuddle on a couch” — with Aniston teasing in reply, “We would spoon and fall asleep on the couch.” Plus, fellow “Friends” forged members Cox and Perry affirm that they had been conscious of lovelorn Aniston and Schwimmer’s emotions for one another.
