“After waiting in a queue at the ground, I entered the vaccination area around 12.30 pm. I was flabbergasted when I was told by [BBMP PHC staff] that I had to first stand in a queue to give swab samples for an RT-PCR test. I was told that I could receive the dose only if I gave swab samples,” Shanta was quoted by the report as saying.
Shanta additional stated she had already acquired the primary dose of the vaccine and haven’t any signs of Covid-19 an infection.

‘NO CHOICE LEFT TO MEET TARGETS’

‘CANNOT FORCE PEOPLE TO TAKE COVID TEST’
