This marks the second Los Feliz property for the Oscar winner after he purchased a Nineteen Twenties-era residence in 2018 for $4.9 million for his dad, George DiCaprio, stepmom, Peggy Ann Farra, and niece, Normandie. The two properties are a six-minute drive aside.

This leaves Ferguson, 45, with a hefty revenue since he paid virtually $4.5 million for the property about eight years in the past.
