‘Million Dollar Listing’ star Kirsten Jordan on why she was cast

Fredrik Eklund has his wacky karate kicks, Ryan Serhant has his trademark snark. And the most recent cast member of the Bravo collection “Million Dollar Listing New York” guarantees her personal schtick.

“I have my funky moves which I am sure will be incorporated into a GIF,” Kirsten Jordan advised The Post. Among them: a Tony Robbins-inspired “breath of fire” that entails pumping her arms and intense respiratory. “I have all of these funny expressions [and rituals] that the producers had never heard.”

Jordan, a Douglas Elliman dealer and married mom of three, already enters the present — chronicling the high-flying, monied world of Big Apple actual property — with one vital distinction. The 40-year-old is the primary lady to be cast within the hit collection’ nine-season run, which kicked off this month.

And she doesn’t suppose she made it as a result of she appears like a girly woman.

“I do think I have masculine ­energy. I am aggressive. I am not ultra-sensitive,” Jordan stated of what she brings to the desk. “I am a mother. I have relationships with most of the cast. I think they picked me because I had everything they were looking for . . . I think they probably thought I looked good on camera. And I was very clear that [being on the show] was something I wanted.”

She definitely attire the half. The Upper West Sider has a closet filled with outfits by high-end manufacturers Veronica Beard and Balmain and believes she’ll be an aesthetic distinction to the bro-centric cast. “I am a big fuchsia fan,” Jordan stated. “I try to keep it colorful.”

Born in St. Paul, Minn., she moved to Rye, NY, within the fourth grade, later attended the  University of Wisconsin and spent a while finding out overseas in Rome. After commencement, she decamped to Milan for a couple of years. When she moved to Manhattan, Jordan launched a profession in actual property and met her husband, developer and Milan native Stefano Farsura, thorough her Italian ex-pat mates.

“Gennaro is the best,” stated Jordan, who recommends the puntarelle, rabbit and crudo.

But “Million Dollar Listing” viewers can anticipate to see Jordan shoving a special type of nourishment into her mouth. She takes “fistfuls” of dietary supplements, Chinese herbs and lemon water every day.

The intense Jordan is fastidious about her routine and has a “sacred” morning ritual. Four days every week, she wakes up at 5:15 a.m., meditates for 20 minutes (together with the “breath of fire”) and goes for a run or does a web-based session of Sculpt ­Society with in style health teacher Megan Roup.

It helps preserve her  grounded within the insane world of New York City actual property, which may be crammed with curveballs — and, typically, old school snobbery or worse.

“The craziest stuff I have seen [in real estate] are the board turn-downs,” Jordan revealed. “We had one consumer [rejected] the place it was an anti-Semitic constructing, which was disappointing. Another was due to a previous work relationship — [someone on the board] labored with the customer previously.

“With New York City, there’s still a social caste system in some pockets.”

The TV beginner discovered what she calls “the art of reality television” from watching “Real Housewives of New York” and calls these ladies “incredible.” But her favourite Bravo Housewife is throughout the Hudson in New Jersey: pigtail-wearing Margaret Josephs.

“I like the fact that she is ‘no guts, no glory,’ ” Jordan stated. “We don’t have the same style, but I admire the hustle . . . and the confidence. She is creating and adding value.”

When it involves her personal cast, Jordan stated she has a long-standing “supportive” friendship with Serhant and calls fellow dealer Steve Gold a “great guy.” But like all tenacious dealer, she relishes an excellent battle.

“Fredrik and I have gotten to know each other because of the show, and he’s a supporter and a fan. We have our friction, too, which I think is fun,” she stated. “With Tyler [Whitman], as a new cast member, he has to give me a run for my money.”

But Jordan hopes her flip on the present catches the attention of a special actual property legend: Barbara Corcoran, founding father of the Cor­coran Group and “Shark Tank” star.

“I love her. I have read her book. I am a huge fan,” stated Jordan. “And I have been trying to get her to DM me back.”
