SHC halts anti-encroachment drive along Orangi, Gujjar nullahs

The Sindh High Court has instructed the Karachi Metropolitan Corporation to halt the anti-encroachment drive along the Orangi and Gujjar nullahs throughout Eid holidays.

During a listening to towards the anti-encroachment drive on Friday, the courtroom remarked that residents shouldn’t be evicted from their homes in the course of the holidays.
